Planning & Zoning

All submittals are to be sent or delivered to the Planning Department, City of Williams, 113 South First Street,Williams, AZ 86046. All meetings are held in the City Council Chambers at the same address. Departmental Review Team (DRT) meetings usually begin at 9:00 AM. Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) meetings and City Council (CC) meetings begin at 7:00 PM. All meetings are public and you are invited to attend.

The Williams General Plan was prepared through a diligent effort by the Planning and Zoning Commission (whose members acted as advisory committee for the Update); input provided by its citizens at workshops, the City Council and City staff. The General Plan was officially adopted by Council on December 11, 2003.
